Our mission is to deliver convenient, secure, transparent, and reliable service—where integrity comes standard. Mobile Notary Services We provide professional mobile notary services by appointment at an agreed-upon public location. Available services may include acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, signature witnessing when authorized, and other notarial acts permitted under Texas law. Notarial fees are charged according to applicable Texas law and depend on the type and number of notarial acts requested. A separate mobile travel fee of $0.76 per mile applies. Applicable travel charges will be verified before service begins. Customers must present acceptable identification when required and provide complete documents ready for notarization. We do not provide legal advice, select the appropriate notarial act for customers, or determine the legal effect of documents. Mobile Courier Services Our local mobile courier service provides convenient transportation of eligible documents, parcels, and packages within our service area. Courier pricing is based on package weight, dimensions, delivery distance, and the service requested. Courier Price Estimates and Final Pricing The prices shown on our courier price list are estimates only and are intended to help customers anticipate the potential cost of service. At the time of service, the package's actual weight and dimensions—length, width, and height—will be verified. The final courier price will be calculated using the verified measurements, applicable delivery mileage, and the service requested. If the actual package weight or dimensions differ from the information originally provided, the final price may differ from the listed estimate. Customers will be informed of the final price based on the verified package measurements and applicable delivery charges before the courier service proceeds. Customers may review the final price before authorizing the service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information and ensuring packages are suitable for transport. Additional charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before service begins. Proof of Delivery Free proof of delivery is provided for eligible courier services. Discounts and Promotions Military veteran discount: Eligible military veterans receive 20% off eligible services after military service is verified at the time of service. Other promotions are subject to their applicable terms and eligibility requirements. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Changes & Service Policies Your time matters. So does ours. Please review these policies before confirming your appointment with Integrity Mobile Notary and Courier Services. Changing or Canceling an Appointment Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Once travel has begun, applicable charges may apply according to the terms disclosed and accepted at booking. Arrival & Waiting Time We provide a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. 11–29 minutes late: $20 late fee may apply. 30 minutes late: The appointment may be treated as a no-show. We may leave, and a $25 no-show fee may apply. Please contact us promptly if you anticipate a delay. No-Show Fee Schedule Repeated missed appointments may result in additional fees or booking restrictions. Occurrence — Fee First no-show — $25 Second no-show — $30 Third no-show — $35 After three no-shows, future appointments may be restricted or declined. Mobile Travel Charges Our standard mobile travel fee is $0.76 per mile, calculated using applicable driving distance. If you cancel after travel begins, applicable travel charges may be due under the terms accepted at booking. Courier Package Verification Courier prices displayed on our price list are estimates. Actual package weight and dimensions (length, width, and height) are verified at the time of service. The final price is based on the verified measurements, applicable mileage, and requested service. You will be informed of the final price before the courier service proceeds. If you decline the quote, the delivery will not proceed without your authorization. Any applicable visit or travel charges must be consistent with the terms disclosed and accepted at booking. Payment & Authorization A valid payment method must be available for applicable, authorized charges. Charges will be handled according to the terms presented during booking and applicable law.
